Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

Location: Tri-Cities

Description: We are actively recruiting for Bilingual Receptionists for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Use high-level skills to perform administrative support functions.
• Possess the ability to multitask and complete deadlines on time.
• Supervise clerical staff.
• Assist leaders by coordinating office services such as personnel, travel arrangements, housekeeping, records control, and special management issues.
• Execute non-routine matters and special projects with minimal instructions.
• Develop, prepare, and manage agendas and reports.
• Coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with managers at all levels.
• Use advanced computer software skills and office filing systems

  • Microsoft Office
  • Previous Medical Receptionist experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
    Pay: $18.50
    
    Schedule: M-T, 7am-6pm
