We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThe Regional Engineering Manager supports the facilities in Pasco and Othello by providing support to plant operating and maintenance departments by working to manage small projects to develop new or existing equipment, processes, instrumentation, and raw materials.Key Responsibilities

• Assesses and aligns with key stakeholders the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products or equipment solutions
• Responsible for preparing and gaining alignment on engineering proposals, feasibility studies and vendor/construction packages
• May support the development of new or modified components, products, manufacturing processes, materials and equipment
• Participates on teams in establishing the appropriate designs, engineering and execution project constraints.
• Contributes to the communication of project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Evaluates plan and success criteria to ensure that project and/or system performance meets business objectives for a variety of projects and activities. Researches new technology and provide recommendation when required.
• Performs other duties as assignedTypical EducationBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university--Relevant ExperienceRequirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four year college or university
• One plus years related experience and/or training
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel within the Columbia Basin and has or can obtain a Driver's License
• Excellent project management skills the incumbent will use to coordinate project activities at all employee levels with other operating or engineering units to facilitate project completion.
• The ability to effectively determine when a project should be brought to a logical conclusion for both the needs of the company and the projectOther InformationPay Range: $110K to 135K annually, depending on experience!--Strong bias in project and process engineering and maintenance management.
