The RN Practice Manager provides operational, clinical and
management support for their assigned clinic(s) and department(s)
to the benefit of Providence Medical Group (PMG) providers, staff
and patients under the direction of their assigned Director. This
role includes a close working relationship with all physicians,
healthcare providers, administration, managers and staff to deliver
integrated services and high-quality patient care. Providence

we must empower them. Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, Healthcare Administration or
Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of
hire)
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- Five years: of ambulatory nursing experience.
- Three years: of nurse management experience. Preferred
Qualifications:
- ambulatory care experience, acute care experience clinic
procedures, ability to create Policies and Procedures, implement,
and monitor annually, knowledge of Regulatory compliance such as
OSHA, CLIA and HIPAA, schedule management, registration, use of
electronic medical record, patient flow, continuous process
Improvement Lean, billing/coding referrals and authorizations. Why
