Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room operations
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical nursing
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team membersRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or ability to obtain
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced certification in surgical nursing (e.g., CNOR) preferred
