- FM or FM/OB to oversee all aspect of medical care and training
at CWFM clinic.
- The Clinic Medical Director (CMD) is the principle provider and
has responsibility for clinical quality and safety of care
delivered to our patients.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve the patient and
family experience of care and to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of resource use.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient
population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
- EMR: OCHIN EPIC. Key Responsibilities Include:
- As a key member of CHCW management team, the CMD provides
leadership, direction, vision, and executes the organizational
strategic plan, growth and expansion of services, and development
of policies.
- Collaborates on standardization of clinical protocols.
- Participates in the recruitment of clinical staff and assists
with site specific onboarding process.
- Works closely with CMO to provide direction regarding all
clinical issues.
- In residency sites, works collaboratively with Program
Director, Program Office Staff and Faculty to ensure quality
clinical education for residents.Total Rewards:

- Base Salary: $210k-$220k includes CMD, and experience. $12k

may apply. Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited US Residency.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA and CPR certificate.
- BE/BC required.
- 2 years as a medical provider with a combination of education,
training, and experience.
- Prior leadership roles are highly desirable.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health
plans. Community:

yet distinctive seasons.
- Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries,
picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt.
Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water
sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks,
golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural
hubs in the nation.
- 2-3 hour drive to Seattle, Spokane, or Portland.
- Airports at Yakima and Pasco (Tri Cities).
