  • Provide primary care/clinical procedures and admin services, at outpatient clinics throughout our teaching CHC with current opportunities at our CWFM clinic in Yakima.
  • Flexible schedules to include 32 hours of patient facing time and 8 hours of admin time.
  • Must have strong clinical training/experience to meet the needs of a complex patient population.
  • Our highly collegial Interdisciplinary team includes Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, APPs, Pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
  • Integrated services including primary care behavioral health with BHCs on site.
  • Excellent support and resources provided.
  • Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.

    • Base Salary: $120k-$125k p/y DOE with additional uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k per year based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus increases with increased visits. Qualifications
      • ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
      • Current, unrestricted RN license.
      • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
      • DEA certificate.
      • Great peer references and in good standing.
      • Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
      • Open to experienced or new grads. (New grads with extensive nursing experience with direct patient care preferably in ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg, or PC/UC is highly preferred).
      • If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered. Community
