rewarding and fun! Practice Highlights at Yakima Pediatrics
- PNP needed to provide primary health care and selective medical
services/procedures to a pediatric/adolescent panel at our large,
single specialty, outpatient clinic.
- Flexible schedule to include 32 hours of patient facing and 8
hours of admin time.
- Expected visits per day 17-19+ or total visits of 726-812+ per
quarter to meet productivity and community need.
- Must have strong clinical training/experience as a PNP, or FNP
with extensive experience with a pediatric/adolescent panel.
- Good blend of general and complex case mix.
- Integrated services including Primary Care Behavioral Health,
and a Teen Health Clinic.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient
population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.

- Base Salary: $120k-$125k p/y DOE with uncapped encounter-based
productivity incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k per
year based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus
increases with increased visits. Qualifications
- ARNP, MSN required with Pediatric NP certification
preferred.
- Strongly prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience working
with a pediatric/adolescent patient population.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate and NPI.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare,
Medicaid. Community
- Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild
yet distinctive seasons.
- Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries,
picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt.
Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water
sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks,
golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural
hubs in the nation.
