Job Description:
CRNA needed in La Grande, OR (Perm Position)Practice Setting:
Critical Access HospitalSchedule: 4 10s. 7:30am - 5:30pm. Weekdays
only.On Call: Yes. Generally 1 weekend per month, every 4th
weekend. 1 night per week as well. Next day off post call not
guaranteed, but they do try to avoid scheduling the next day as
much as possible.Patient Ages: All ages. Peds cases for locums
limited to ENT cases.In-Patient/Out-Patient: 80% Outpatient, 20%
InpatientCase Types: Level IV Trauma, General Surg, Ortho, Uro,
OB/GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Central Lines, very little vent
management.25 beds, 3 OR's, URO room, OB suiteCharting/Dictation:
Epic100% independent. 1 MDA on-site but they don't supervise.CRNA,
OR license, ACLS, BLS, and COVID Vaccine requiredCompetitive
