Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Rehab RN in Pasco, Washington, 99301 About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Rehabilitation Job
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-2 years of acute
care nursing experience License: Registered Nurse (RN)
Certifications: CCRN preferred but not required Must-Have: - Acute
care nursing experience - Teamwork and collaborative personality
Job Description: - Work in a rehabilitation unit providing care for
adult and geriatric patients - Occasional float to the
medical/surgical unit as needed - Manage a variety of patients,
including those with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular issues,
strokes, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries - Utilize
electronic medical records system for patient documentation -
Maintain patient ratios of 5:1 in a 10-bed unit - Wear any color
scrubs as per dress code policy - Participate in orientation as per
scheduled dates - Work every other weekend with shifts on either
Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday days - Collaborate with
directors and other team members for optimal patient care -
Demonstrate proficiency in rehabilitation experience, including
documentation of GG scoring 25954052EXPTEMP Job Requirements
