Job Description:

Seeking an innovative, energetic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires to be a part of a amazing team! Come join our team of 5 fulltime physicians and 2 full-time nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Compensation and Benefits:
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (135k+) which includes:
o RVU bonus based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $20,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Paid malpractice Professional Details:
Level IV Trauma Center
Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
o Nurse practitioner shift is 10a-10p
About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
Fulltime, permanent
