- Provides consultative and primary psychiatric services to
patients at CHCW outpatient clinics.
- Flexible scheduling to include 32 hours of patient facing time
with 8 hours of dedicated admin time.
- Strong and robust PCBH model implemented throughout CHCW
clinics with BHCs on site at each clinic.
- Built-in referrals from our providers and resident
physicians.
- Management of therapeutic and psychotropic medication with
support from the PCP.
- Interdisciplinary team includes faculty physicians, clinicians,
resident physicians, APPs, pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient
population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.

- Base Salary: $140k-$160k p/y DOE with potential productivity
bonuses after the first year. Qualifications
- ARNP, MSN with PMHNP certification.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- Open to experienced or new grads. New grads must have current,
extensive mental health/psychiatric nursing experience.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare,
Medicaid. Community
- Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild
yet distinctive seasons.
- Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries,
picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt.
Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water
sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks,
golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural
hubs in the nation.
