About the RoleAs a Surgical Technician at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the Operating Room. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and care of surgical patients, from infants to geriatrics, under the direction of the Unit Manager or Registered Nurse.
• Participate in surgical procedures in the Operating Room, demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency.
• Take independent 1st scrub CVOR procedures, showcasing your expertise and autonomy in the OR.
• Perform routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies, ensuring seamless operation of the OR team.Requirements
  • Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.Preferred Qualifications
    • Graduation from an Accredited Training Program for Surgical Technologists.
