About the Role:

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN - Oncology to join our team. As an Oncology Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients with various types of cancer
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatments in oncology
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of Nursing experience
