Responsibilities Job Summary: Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patients Essential Functions: ASSESSMENT

• Obtain a comprehensive general health history.
• Provides OB/GYN medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing and current standard of care that may impact health care and health outcomes.
• Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.
• Perform a comprehensive physical examination.
• Obtain a problem-focused health history.
• Perform a problem-focused physical examination.
• Identify deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination.
• Order or perform screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination. DIAGNOSIS
  • Interpret screening and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and analyze differential diagnoses on the basis of clinical and laboratory data.
  • Diagnose gynecologic, obstetric, female/male reproductive and sexual health, and common non-gynecologic primary care health conditions. MANAGEMENT
    • Develop plan of care based on assessment findings and diagnoses.
    • Provide health promotion/ disease prevention education/counseling, and anticipatory guidance.
    • Compensation Information:$196.27 / Hourly - $250.42 / Hourly
