About the RoleAs a Resident Registered Nurse (RN) on our Resource Team/Float Pool at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, you will be part of a dedicated team providing compassionate care to patients in need. • Providing direct patient care in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, critical care, and emergency departments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in a timely and effective manner

    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
