Job Description:

Seeking a Locums OBGYN Physician in Pendleton, OR. This position requires availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM in a rural Critical Access 25-bed hospital. There is no neonatal care provided; patients are stabilized and transferred if necessary. The physician will primarily handle labor and delivery cases, including C-sections, as well as any emergency GYN and pediatric admissions to the hospital. Proficiency in labor and delivery, C-sections, and emergency OB/GYN or pediatric coverage is essential. Expect approximately 2 newborn deliveries per day, with variations based on monthly due dates. The hospital delivered 300 babies last year, mostly through normal deliveries. Qualifications: Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Must also hold current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP. An active Oregon state medical license is required.
