The LTAC RN Nurse Manager will participate in the development of any facility policies that affect the department. The ADON is directly responsible to the facility Administrator (ADON) and works with them to ensure the competency of all nursing services personnel in areas of responsibility. The RN Manager will also ensure the continual delivery of high-quality nursing services through the implementation of evidence-based practices and standards and will act as the MDS Coordinator.
