We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians to join our team in *ARLINGTON, OR*. North Gilliam Medic is a small rural EMS agency covering the north end of Gilliam county. Our coverage area includes a large stretch of interstate 84 as well as Columbia Riverfront, and railroad coverage.Our service is a 24/7/365 ALS service. we have two ALS equipped ambulances and a ALS quick response vehicle. Our EMTs and drivers are part-time employees in addition to two full-time staff members.We are looking for EMS providers (EMT, AEMT, EMT-I) to cover weekends, vacations, and other times as needed. Thge covering EMT will act as the "First out" EMT during their coverage hours.This is an excellent PT opportunity to gain experience for new and experienced EMT's. In North Gilliam Medic EMT are encouraged, and expected to operate to their scope of practice.Shifts are flexible. 10 or 12 hours, day or overnight on weekends.
